Asia Pacific Screen Awards

Asia Pacific Screen Awards

A prestigious celebration of the planet’s largest filmmaking region, APSA is the international showpiece event for the Australian sector.

Since 2007, film artisans and craftspeople from 70 countries have vied for top honours, with past winners including Bong Joon Ho’s Parasite, Warwick Thornton’s Sweet Country and Asghar Farhadi’s About Elly. Runs in conjunction with the Asia Pacific Screen Forum, a confab of industry heavyweights that maps out progressive strategies for growth amongst member nations. All of which unfolds under the caring embrace of APSA Patron, the great Jack Thompson.
